Come and join us for Canada Day on July 1st!

On July 1st we are open house, and everyone is welcome to come on down and celebrate Canada Day at the museum. Come down and learn about the town and area’s history. Our doors open at 10 am.

Events:

11:00am - Opening of the Time Capsule from 2000

11:30am to 1:00pm - Soup and a Bun Lunch for Sale

1:00 pm –Presentation from the Duck Lake Legion in honor of  the 100th Anniversary of the Royal Canadian Legion

1:30pm - Presentation of the 150th Anniversary of the Blessed Sacrament Parish

2:00pm - Author reading by Elena Bentley

2:00pm to 4:00pm - Beading and other Children's Activities

Then, come and enjoy the evening festivities at the DUCK LAKE HALL

4:30 to 7:00 pm: Canteen is open serving hotdogs and hamburgers

7:00pm - Opening Ceremonies

7:15pm to 9:15pm - Dean Smith Band

9:15pm - Birthday Cake Served
